to her work as a private therapist/facilitator, Ms. Malnati is a consultant to a number of business leaders and their companies. In such capacity she helps management and staff clarify business and personal goals, solve human resource problems and improve communication skills. She also trains psychotherapists and other helping professionals as well as lay persons in communication and trauma reduction techniques. She works internationally, giving numerous workshops and providing services in Asia, Europe and the USA. Ragnhild is conversant in seven languages and fluent in German, English and Swedish.

Ragnhild Malnati, LCSW-C, earned a BA in Psychology from University of Maryland, College Park, and her MSW, with a clinical concentration in mental health, from the School of Social Work, University of Maryland at Baltimore.
